Forecast in detail

Tonight: Clear this evening with a decreasing breeze and lower humidity (dew points near to below 60). Comfortable overnight lows near 60 to mid-60s by dawn. Just a slight chance of an evening shower or storm down south in far Southern Maryland and around Fredericksburg. Confidence: High

Tomorrow (Monday): Breezes from the east may feel refreshing with less warm highs in the upper 70s to low 80s. We're also mainly bright and rain-free — just a few morning and midday clouds. Lower humidity (dew points dipping into the 50s) feels nice. Confidence: Medium-High 😎 Nice Day!

Tomorrow night: A slow increase in high clouds, especially after midnight. Lows cool off into the 50s. Any breezes may finally fully calm. Confidence: Medium-High

A look ahead

Wednesday and Thursday look to heat up, with Wednesday highs in the mid-80s to low 90s, and Thursday highs in the upper 80s to mid-90s. The humidity ramps up as well. Both days have a shot at isolated to scattered showers and storms during the afternoon into evening. Confidence: Medium
